Frank Jones

Frank is an original founder of Vail Wellness. He has over 25 years of experience in industry before moving to Colorado to start this journey. He's now dedicated his life to helping men rejuvinate and rebuild.

Derek Mabrey

Cory graduated Cornell with a degree in Finance, worked on Wall St. for a few years, and quickly realized that despite financial success that life was not for him. He joined Frank in forming VW to seek a more peaceful life for himself and others.

Alex Carpenter

Alex comes from a design and photography background on the East coast. He left his trust fund life and began helping men rediscover their true connection to nature with the help of his new friends at Vail.

Santiago Capresi

Santi recently graduated from UC Davis with a degree in botany and is in charge of our Natural foods and nutrition program. He maintains Vai Wellness 2.3 acre garden and indoor aquaponics facility.
